The African Peoples Congress (APC) at the weekend intensified its bid to
give All Progressive Congress (APC) a fight for its money just as its
campaign posters took over the streets of Nigeria's capital Abuja. Some
of the inscription in the poster read: ”INEC GANG CANNOT STOP APC IN
2015”, “NOW THE COURT WILL DECIDE", “APC HAS COME TO STAY".
The acronym of APC has been a subject of controversy for All Progressives Party with the emergence of other two rival groups laying claim to the same APC.
However, investigations have shown that the African Peoples Congress whose registration has been denied by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has links with the ruling Peoples Democratic Party and was being used by the PDP to scuttle the registration of the All Progressive Congress.
