Job Title:Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Purpose Statement:

Responsible for accomplishing delegated maintenance tasks in a safe, cost effective & timely manner in line with regulatory standards and company procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance by inspecting the aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, fuselage, brakes and various other parts of the aircraft as per approved documents

• Service various aircraft and engine systems as delegated or as the need arises as per regulatory/company approved documents

• Carry out or assist in removal and replacement of aircraft components as per approved documents

• Accomplish scheduled maintenance as per regulatory/company approved documents

• Ensure standards of airworthiness set by the Nig. CAA and other applicable regulatory bodies are met

• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed as delegated in a cost effective and timely manner

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Basic AMEL, Degree/HND in Engineering or experience on the job

• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience with Boeing 737 classic

• Good Creativity & Innovative skills

• Attention to detail

Working Relationships:
• Continuous liaison & communication with all parties involved in operational turnaround requirements
